Introduction

GatherXI is dedicated to protecting your privacy in compliance with applicable privacy protection laws. This policy explains what data is collected to operate our competitive matchmaking and prevent ban evasion.

Data We Collect

• Authentication: Basic profile tokens (username, email, profile picture) via Apple or Google OAuth.
• Game Identifiers: EA ID / PSN ID manually provided by you during registration.
• Performance & Moderation Data: Match history, win/loss stats, competitive Rank, Ban logs, and behavioral reports.
• Technical Telemetry: Device identifiers and system logs collected automatically to ensure platform security and enforce fair-play bans.

How We Use Your Data

Data is strictly utilized to run the automated matchmaking engine, calculate competitive tiers, enforce security restrictions on banned bad-actors, and prevent system abuse. Your data will never be sold or shared with commercial third parties.

Third-Party Integrations

We use secure authentication services from Apple and Google to manage user login and identity verification. All user data and images are stored securely on our own servers.

Data Retention & Rights

Your telemetry remains active as long as your account is valid. You may delete your account at any time directly via the "Delete Account" button in your profile settings, or by contacting supportgatherxi@gmail.com.

Deleting your account permanently erases your personal details — email address, age, country, club and device identifiers — and permanently locks the account. Two categories are retained for competitive integrity: your gamertag, which stays reserved and is not reissued, and your completed match records (statistics, ratings and reports), which remain part of the shared history of the matches you played with 21 other players. If your account is deleted while an enforcement restriction is active, the restriction remains in force for its remaining duration so that deletion cannot be used to bypass it.
