Our Commitment

At GatherXI we treat accessibility as a core value and are committed to making our marketing website (gatherxi.com) accessible to all visitors, including people with disabilities, in accordance with the Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities Act, 5758-1998, and the Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities (Service Accessibility Accommodations) Regulations, 5773-2013.

Conformance Level

This site aims to conform to the Israeli standard IS 5568, which is anchored to WCAG 2.0 Level AA. As of the statement date the site meets a substantial part of the standard (partial conformance), and we continue to improve accessibility on an ongoing basis.

Scope: this statement covers the gatherxi.com marketing website only. The GatherXI app (in the stores) carries its own accessibility statement inside the app.

Accessibility Features on This Site

• Full keyboard navigation with a clear visible focus indicator on every interactive element.
• A "Skip to content" link at the top of every page.
• Valid semantic structure: heading hierarchy (H1→H2→H3), landmarks and Hebrew ARIA labels.
• Full right-to-left (RTL) support and correct language (lang) declaration for Hebrew and English.
• Colour contrast of at least 4.5:1 for normal text.
• Responsive design across screen sizes, and text enlargement without breaking the layout.
• Respects the operating system "reduced motion" preference, plus a control to pause moving content.
• An accessibility preferences widget (floating button, also opened with Alt+A): highlight links, contrast, text size, line spacing, readable font, highlight headings, custom cursor and stop-animations. The widget is a personal comfort tool and does not replace the site's own accessibility.

Known Limitations

• The site contains decorative moving graphics. They can be stopped via the accessibility widget or the OS "reduced motion" setting.
• Some brand terms and game identifiers appear in English (e.g. GatherXI, position codes, formation names) even in the Hebrew interface.
• The store download buttons and social-media links are not yet active and are marked "coming soon".
• Conformance was self-assessed and has not yet been certified by a licensed accessibility expert; a professional review is in progress.
