1. Platform Nature & Consent

By accessing and using GatherXI ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. GatherXI is a completely free, competitive skill-based matchmaking platform for Pro Clubs players based on performance and player ranking (Rank). There are no monetary entry fees, gambling, or paid tournaments of any kind.

2. Ranking System & Fair Play Enforcement (Ranks & Bans)

To maintain a clean, fair, and highly competitive environment, the Platform enforces a strict ranking system and automated/manual ban mechanics. The management reserves the absolute right to suspend or permanently ban accounts engaging in:

• Third-party software modifications, cheats, hacks, or exploits.
• Intentional match abandonment (Rage Quitting / AFK) harming team ranks.
• Toxic behavior, cyberbullying, or community harassment.

All ban decisions made by the system or moderation team are final and non-negotiable.

3. Eligibility

The Matchmaking system is intended for Pro Clubs players residing in Israel, holding a verified and active account, who commit to sportsmanship and community guidelines.

4. Intellectual Property & EA Disclaimer

GatherXI is an independent community-driven platform. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or managed by Electronic Arts Inc. (EA) or EA SPORTS. All product names, logos, assets, and brands (including EA SPORTS FC) are the sole property of their respective owners.

5. Limitation of Liability

The Platform is provided on an "As-Is" and "As-Available" basis. GatherXI holds no liability for technical glitches, server disconnections, game crashes, or unexpected loss of Rank progression data caused by network instabilities.

6. Modifications & Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel. We reserve the right to update these terms to preserve matchmaking integrity. Continued use constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
