This page explains how to delete your GatherXI account, what is permanently erased and what is retained. You may delete your account at any time, in either of the following ways.

Option A — From within the app

• Open the GatherXI app and sign in to your account.
• Go to profile settings.
• Tap the "Delete Account" button and confirm.

Option B — By email (no app required)

• Send a deletion request to supportgatherxi@gmail.com.
• The request must be sent from the email address registered to the account — this is how we verify your identity before any deletion. You cannot delete another person's account.

What is permanently erased

Deleting your account permanently erases your personal details — email address, age, country, club and device identifiers — and permanently locks the account.

What is retained (competitive integrity)

Two categories are retained for competitive integrity: your gamertag, which stays reserved and is not reissued, and your completed match records (statistics, ratings and reports), which remain part of the shared history of the matches you played with 21 other players. If your account is deleted while an enforcement restriction is active, the restriction remains in force for its remaining duration so that deletion cannot be used to bypass it.
